Holiday Home Booking Policy

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from ACAZA.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard Check-In: 3:00 PM
  • Standard Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the property.

Occupancy

Only registered guests may stay in the property.

Conduct

Parties, illegal activities, and excessive disturbances are strictly prohibited.

Violation may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

 


 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guest Cancellation

  • More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund less processing fees.
  • 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund.

No-Show

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

ACAZA Cancellation

If a property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, ACAZA will offer:

  • Alternative accommodation; or
  • Full refund.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

 


 

Property Management Terms

Owner Responsibilities

Property owners agree to:

  • Provide accurate property information
  • Maintain legal ownership documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations

ACAZA Responsibilities

ACAZA may provide:

  • Guest management
  • Marketing and listing services
  • Cleaning coordination
  • Maintenance coordination
  • Revenue reporting
  • Check-in and check-out management

Fees
